Bistrology was born from over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. While this particular project has only been running for 3 years, its impact has been immediate. We currently operate our flagship location in Miramar Beach, Florida, and have just opened our second location in the heart of Downtown Pensacola.
Our restaurant has been recognized among the top in the state of Florida, earning the title of
Second Best New Restaurant of 2024 statewide, as well as being awarded Best Breakfast & Brunch Restaurant in Northwest Florida for three consecutive years: 2023, 2024, and 2025.
We are now seeking strategic partners with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for new challenges to join a disruptive brand like Bistrology and help drive its nationwide expansion.
